I took over 3 hours editing, adding palettes, re-editing, adding watermarks, and repeating the process. Each time, restarting my computer to test it out. IT BETTER WORK FOR YOU TOO.
*ahem* Ok, Now for some specs:
-Fully Animated Loading Bar
-Exact Same Text as the original boot

[Note]: This is an XP startup loading screen, if you haven't noticed. Loading screens are required to be 16 colors / 4 bit. It looks pretty normal, though.
Yes, I was bored and I had an idea. I despise emos. Most emos aren't really depressed, they just act like it to look cool. D:
